Villa Biston Baška Voda

Villa Biston Baška Voda is located in a small place called Bast, a part of bigger municipality Baška Voda. Even though this holiday house is on a remote location, it is very near to the Nature Park Biokovo, and around 10 kilometers from Makarska.

As you can see on the picture, there is a great view from Villa Biston on Adriatic Sea, islands Brač and Hvar.  Also, it is surrounded with nature, so you can enjoy nature around this holiday house. Except beautiful nature, the holiday house offers all of the amenities what modern house needs to have such as Satellite TV, DVD player, Smart TV, central heating, AC, kettle, coffee machine, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. This holiday house is suitable for 10 people (8+2).

Villa Biston is closed out with a fence where you have enough space to enjoy and relax. Outside of the house is a swimming pool with a size of 25m2. Around the pool there are sun lounges, terrace, garden with beautiful plants, specific for this region. You can increase your enjoyment by using the barbecue or the summer kitchen. When you get the urge to have a swim into the Adriatic Sea, the nearest beach is just 2,5 km from the holiday house.

Holiday house is made out of two floors with four bedrooms, four bathroom, two kitchens in the house and a terrace with a sea view. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and a double room with a bathroom. Other two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds are on the first floor. Beside three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there are also a living room, terrace and a kitchen on the first floor.

For your cars there is a garage with two parking spaces.

WiFi is spreading throughout the whole house and it is free of charge.
